Hi, I'm Lucia - a BACP Accredited Therapist
I'm a relationship therapist who helps individuals and couple´s explore what’s happening beneath the surface of their relationship so they can stop repeating old patterns and start relating from a place of security, trust, respect, compassion and generosity.
Why is this work important to me? Well…
Therapy helped me see the anxiety driving my behaviour and the unrealistic expectations I was placing on partners to make me happy. I learned to regulate myself in conflict, repair after disagreements, define my values, and build relationships rooted in reality rather than romantic myths.

Now, I support individuals and couples who feel stuck, anxious, or lost in their relationships.
My knowledge isn’t just theoretical, it’s lived and real.

If you’re lying awake overthinking an argument, questioning your worth, feeling like you’re “too much” or “not enough,” I hear you. I understand how quickly relationship distress can make you lose yourself.

Sometimes you can’t see the light at the end of the tunnel. Sometimes it feels easier to blame yourself, your partner, or the relationship entirely.
But beneath the anxiety and frustration, there is often a deeper longing to feel safe, chosen, secure, and enough.

That’s where our work begins.

Being a therapist allows me to offer a space where we slow things down and make sense of what’s really happening.

My role isn’t to tell you what to do with your relationship. It’s to help you become someone who can love deeply without abandoning themselves, who can navigate conflict without losing control, and who can build relationships rooted in clarity rather than fear.

That’s the work. And it’s possible.
