Individual Therapy for Relationship Anxiety

I work with individuals experiencing relationship anxiety, anxious attachment, self-sabotage, and insecurity who want to stop feeling stuck and start building the connection, trust, and intimacy they actually want.

My Approach to Therapy

My approach is integrative and relational, meaning I pull from different methods to create something that actually works for you. Together, we'll explore what's driving your patterns, where they come from, and how to shift them, with compassion, not judgment.

You can expect honest feedback, practical tools you can use in real life, and a space where the messy parts are welcome.

15-20 Minute Free Consultation (Phone/Video)

Before we officially start, we'll have a brief chat to see if we're a good fit. This is your chance to ask questions, get a feel for how I work, and decide if therapy with me feels right for you. There is no pressure to commit to sessions.

Therapy Session

Online or In-Person Therapy (£65 per 50 minute session)

We’ll meet weekly or bi-weekly via video or in-person in Madrid, ideally at the same time each week, but if a regular time isn’t possible for you, I still encourage you to get in touch.

Your First Step, Made Easier

Starting therapy is a big step and I know that the cost, the time commitment, and the uncertainty of not knowing what to expect can all get in the way of reaching out.

​

To make it easier to take that first step, I offer the first 4 sessions at £50 each. If after those sessions you feel ready to continue working together, the fee moves to £65 per 50-minute session.
